First, the sammies are just okay. But that's only if it's made correctly. This was not the case during my visit I went with my girlfriend (9/11/17) and were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS and there were four (4!) employees. We ordered two sandwiches. They were both messed up. And my girlfriend sandwich was just veggies, cheese and ranch, but they put waaaaaaay too much ranch on it making it a disgusting inedible mess. See pic.
Great food.did not expect it to be much then i tried there chedder brisket..it was great.
Secondly, it was a to go order. Get home. See the mess and mistakes. Call the manager (Tom) and he says the only thing he can do is replace them if I bring them back in. No apology. No remorse. Didn't ask why. I just don't get it.
TL;DR: expensive sammies made by people who don't care and can't follow directions. Also ask for light sauce. Both were soggy. Disgusting.
All the sandwiches are great and there are tons of different hot sauces to try.
Delicious subs, and there is a while wall of every pilot hot sauce so you are guaranteed to find your favorite and then they have their own hot sauce which is amazing, both hot and flavorful.
I ordered a veggie sub and essentially what I got was a soggy ranch sandwich. The bread (white instead of the wheat that I had ordered) literally disintegrated and fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Over half of the ingredients that I ordered were not in the sub, but under it. 100% disappointed in my experience. Oh and did I mention that my boyfriend and I were the only customers inside? I could understand if they were busy but we were literally the only people. This is just pure laziness and lack of effort.
Thirdly, I paid $16 for two inedible sammies and a phone call from a man who clearly didn't care. Save your money and don't go.
