Was a late night visit with my wife and myself. Not crowded at all. Had chicken dish which was great. The chicken was blackened on the outside but still juicy on the inside, just right. My wife had a steak dinner and wanted it medium but it arrived done instead with little or almost no pink in it. Somewhat disappointing for steak. But she still ate it. Still our go to place for last minute dinner decisions.
We ordered our appetizer and our meals at the same time. We received our appetizer and 20 min after that the server came back and said they were out of one of our entrees. So I ordered something else and we decided to get them to go. We were there for over an hour waiting on our food. Never received refills on our drinks or saw a server. Finally when she did bring our food in the bag all the containers were on their side and the one entree wasn't even hot because I checked before we got our bill. We asked to speak to a manager but no one ever came. I'm not one to complain about a restaurant experience but that was the worst one I ever had. We definitely will not be back to that one. Very disappointed because Applebees used to be good. Also I emailed the guest resolutions at the bottom of the receipt and never heard nothing back.
Consistently reasonable service and food
Great food and very good service. This is one of the better Applebee's out there.
Ray is one of the best waiters to have. We go every week to play touchtunes and every time we ask for ray. I walk in and I don't even have to order. He already knows my order and has a replacement beer ready for me.
