Just worked with Bruce Shay via email and I could tell he didn't read a single thing I sent him. Told him specifically what we're looking for, and he sends me a link to listings that include ONLY ONE that fits what I asked for. He even forgot we had a pet after I had literally JUST told him that. All I wanted was a pet-friendly house for under $1,000/mo within 25 minutes from our jobs. Why would I want to see condos or other houses that are NOT pet-friendly? I've found more listings online by myself than from working with him. Very disappointed. I could understand if my list was outrageous, but it was pretty simple and VERY flexible. Wtf.

OMG RUN AWAY!!! DON'T DO IT!!! FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SANITY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The listing agent from this place was so incompetent and unprofessional I've spent the better part of 6 weeks torn between wanting to pull my hair out or curl up and cry NEVER have I seen such INCOMPETENCE and lack of organization (think McDonalds) in a "professional" . BTW we still haven't closed not sure we ever will at this point our closing has already been moved once and I'm hearing it's about to be moved again. If you feel you must, please be aware nothing gets done in a timely manner, NOTHING. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
