Extremely rude and it was like pulling teeth to get them to do anything. Denied me my request to meter my taxes because "it's their job to sell me stamps". I asked multiple times to meter my mail and she simply WOULD NOT do it. Ridiculous!

They lost my package and it was impossible to get them on the phone - they are absolutely lazy. Pick up the phone, buttercups, you are NOT that busy! You are not in New York or Chicago.
I go here cause very convenient (close) but dealt with very rude employee who hates his job.
Employees are very rude and do not want to help you with anything. Just take the extra 5 minutes and drive out to Alexandria they are extremely helpful there.
