If you are able to stop in, find everything on your own and use the self checkout - you'll have an okay experience. Unfortunately, the moment you need assistance, it's very difficult to find staff. And several times, I've had staff ring up an item incorrectly and I have caught it after the sale was finished... which means it's up to me to go to customer service and correct the mistake. It's a DIY store all around.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Was sent here from Florence to get a set a blinds since they were out of stock and was told the prices were the same there (they called to verify). I go and grab them from the shelf and they are at full price and they lady at the customer service was not having it and was talking to me like I was stupid. I told her to call over there and have them check the shelf which she refused to do. As I work in customer service and know that the right thing for her to have done was to be polite and follow through with the request as it wasn't something that was complex nor impossible to do. Honestly if she would have at least been polite from the get go I would have been happy. Went online and ordered them for the price at the Florence location and will never return to the Highland Heights location again which I recommend everyone to do the same.
The service is always prompt and helpful. The staff is knowledgeable and always eager to guide you in the right direction even if you don't end up purchasing from them. I am a regular customer here and I highly recommend this store.
Usually great customer service. There are a few not so helpful employees. But I have always been able to find someone else that is more than willing to help.
Love this place they have everything you need for your home, and be on the lookout for killer clearance deals last week i got 4 big jugs of Extra laundry detergent 166 loads for a $1.99 a piece, a regular $8.99
