We came across The Fix while searching for mechanics in the area that we could send our college age daughter to and trust to do a good job at good price with her best interests at heart since we were an hour and a half away from NKU where she was attending college. Fortunately, they were everything all the glowing reviews said they were and we felt very pleased and comfortable with the work they did and the attitude they had. We sent our son there as well when he was having car troubles while coming home on Christmas Eve (He lives in southern Cincinnati). This is a place where 'Family owned' apparently means they make you feel as if you are family. They took my son's car in and even met us on the lot. I would highly recommend The Fix for not only excellent price and service, but also for an honest mechanic who has his customer's best interests at heart. Something that is harder and harder to find these days.
Went to Mike yesterday for some trailer wiring issues. It seems that he is the only one around who will look at electrical problems. I'm very glad that I was referred to him because he had it fixed in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable. While there, I learned that he can do pretty much any repairs, including exhaust, welding, fabrication, brake lines, transmissions, tires, and more. I will definitely be taking my cars there for future repairs!
Genuine Advice, upfront and very friendly with ample experience and skills to get the job done. Recently, I had car crash and smashed driver's door completely. He got me up and running in less than 3 days time which was shortest as compared to all other shops. Highly Recommended !!
